Dentek Events and Rentals was founded in 2021 with a simple promise: give every family, church and business in Ghana access to quality event equipment and a crew that shows up on time. From a few canopies for a one-week to a full traditional marriage and reception, we treat your occasion like it's our own family's.

We know how Ghanaian events run: early setup, extra chairs for the guests who weren't on the list, and everything in place before the MC picks up the mic.

Good questions, quick answers.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Ghana: Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, Koforidua, Tamale and beyond. Tell us your venue or hometown and we'll include transport in your quote.

How early should I book?

As early as you can, especially for Saturdays, Easter and the December season when funerals and weddings peak. Many clients book 2 to 8 weeks ahead, but message us even for last-minute events and we'll do our best.

Do you set up and take down?

Yes. Our crew delivers, mounts the canopies, arranges chairs and tables, dresses the venue, and collects everything after the event.

How do I pay?

Quotes are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). A deposit secures your date and the balance is settled before or on the event day. You can pay by Mobile Money or bank transfer.

Can you do funeral colours like black, red or white?

Yes. We provide drapes, chair covers and table linen in black and red, all white for celebrations of life, or any colour scheme the family chooses.

What if something is damaged?

Accidents happen. We'll walk you through our simple damage policy when you book, so there are no surprises.
